What's on the list

Industrial stormwater facilities and boatyards in King, Pierce, Snohomish, Kitsap and Thurston counties, at one of these points:

One bad quarter from Level 3: One more result over the benchmark means treatment.
No Level 3 report posted: Level 3 applies, and no engineering report is on file yet.
Failing after treatment: Treatment is installed and readings are still over.
Still failing after Level 2: Last year's fixes didn't bring the readings down.

Every status comes from the facility's own Ecology filings, with a link and an “as of” date.
